The President of Al-Azhar University honors future scientists, engineering students, for receiving the International Excellence Award from the American Society of Petroleum Engineers for the third year in a row
His Eminence Dr. Salama Daoud, President of Al-Azhar University, congratulated his sons, future scholars, students of the Department of Mining and Petroleum at the Faculty of Engineering for Boys in Cairo. On the occasion of their honorable representation, which resulted in them winning the International Excellence Award from the American Society of Petroleum Engineers for the third year in a row.
This came in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Seddik, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Mohamed El-Sherbiny, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Fikry Khader, Vice President for Girls’ Branch, and Dr. Mohamed Muhanna, Dean of the College of Engineering.
The President of the University praised this honorable performance, which confirms the leadership of Al-Azhar University in the field of applied sciences along with its distinction in the fields of Arabic and Sharia sciences, stressing that what the students of the Faculty of Engineering for Boys in Cairo had done had a good impact in raising the flag of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Al-Azhar Foundation. The President of Al-Azhar University congratulated the faculty for this honorable victory, headed by Dr. Muhammad Muhanna, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Ashraf Al-Marakibi, Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Muhammad Saad Al-Din, Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mosaad Muhammad Saadawi, Head of the Department of Mining and Petroleum Engineering. and Dr. Tarek Aboul Fotouh, project supervisor.
In addition to thanking all the professors in the Petroleum Engineering Department; For their wonderful efforts that resulted in this wonderful generation of petroleum engineering students from Al-Azhar University who contributed scientifically to the implementation of the goals of sustainable development and the realization of Egypt's vision 2030 AD.
